Real estate is basically in my blood.

My grandpa built custom homes and apartment buildings. From a young age, I was turning over apartment units, helping my grandpa on his job sites and sitting at open houses with my mom to sell my grandpa’s houses.

I’ve been investing for the last decade. My husband and I own rental properties, flip houses and invest in real estate. I love older homes that need a little and a lotta love. I love picking out new finishes and planning out our designs. I also really like refinishing and reviving wood furniture.

When I’m not realtoring, or investing, I’m hanging out with my husband, baby girl and our chocolate lab, Yogi. We love the outdoors—camping, hiking,
mountain biking and anything that gets us exploring. We also like to embrace the winters and outdoors in MN, spending most of our time skiing and snowshoeing.

I have a lot of investing experience and I’m excited to continue my investing focus as a realestate agent. I’ve used various types of financing to close deals—HELOC, hard money, private money, commercial construction loans and conventional financing.

I’m excited to help my clients realize their investing potential and open their minds to options they never knew existed. As a new mom myself, I’m also excited about helping families find homes they love. (Ormake them homes they love.)

When I think about my own ideal home, for me it’s really more about the experience and less about the structure. My dream property is on a lake with a huge deck and entertaining area looking out to the water. I would wake up every morning and sip coffee on the deck with my family. It would be an older home that we’ve given our personal touches while keeping complimenting features. We have fantastic neighbors and room to have friends and family visit.
