Brittney Lundeen

You will find Brittney either holding a hammer or wearing a helmet. From full-on down-to-the-studs renovations to bathroom remodels, Brittney knows a thing or two about home renovations.

“I realized there had to be more to life than just looking forward to the weekends and not retiring until I’m in my late 60’s,” Brittney says. “After reading many blogs, books, and listening to podcasts, I realized how powerful real estate could be.”

She bought her first house at 21 and now owns multiple rentals across the state. With little to no renovation experience, Brittney armed herself with YouTube videos and patience. She has turned her rentals into beautiful, comfortable homes for her tenants.

While renovations or DIY isn’t for everyone, Brittney can help her clients take any house and turn it into something beautiful—even if that means hiring everything out! Let Brittney find you your next home or rental property.

“An investment property can have a profound effect on your life’s story, when chosen correctly, it becomes long-term financial freedom,” Brittney says.

Brittney now owns 3 units and is currently helping her mother renovate a barn into an event space. You want to keep an eye on Brittney. She is going places! Let her help you do the same! Follow her @brittneylundeen

When she’s not remodeling, she’s spoiling her rescue dog, Remi.

“I absolutely love animals, and love to be a voice for the voiceless when I can,” Brittney says. “Someday I’d love to have my own little animal sanctuary, but for now I’ll stick to saving the occasional stray dogs, injured animals, and turtles crossing the road.”

She’s also a boss on a motorcycle! If you’ve been thinking about buying a rental property, now is a great time to reach out to Brittney. Call her at
