When I started building my own custom 6000SF house several years ago, the process seemed daunting. I ran into permit issues, financing snafus, I didn’t have reliable contractors and wound up doing most of the work myself. I knew the process could be easier, more streamlined and client-focused. So, I did what I did when I was unhappy with the service I received when I bought my first house…I started my own business to make the experience what it should be.
