Cade Gornick

I am excited to be able to take my love of homes and put it into practice. I’ve always loved to look at houses in magazines and online, and follow the market. My dad was a Realtor and loved it, so perhaps it’s in my blood.

When it comes to real estate, I’m most excited about getting to know people and helping them achieve their goals in an honest and friendly way. I have a lot of experience in VA home buying, as well as cabin properties. I’m actually retired from the military myself. I was deployed twice and grew up on the Iron Range, spending a lot of time on Lake Vermillion.

I love working on DIY home projects, and recently added a fire pit with retaining walls in my own backyard. I’ve also added shiplap above and surrounding our fireplace, and built a kitchen table utilizing reclaimed wood and metal. I’ve also re-done kitchens, so I know a thing or two about being able to envision what potential a space has.

When I’m not “realtoring”, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, camping, hiking, exercising, learning, walking the dogs, and renting cabins to stay in until we save enough to buy our own.

If I could live anywhere it would be in a handcrafted log and stone home on a couple acre parcel with a sandy beach for swimming and fires by the water.

I look forward to helping you find a space you’ll love! Please reach out if you have questions!
