Cindy McCarty

After many successful years in the hotel and restaurant management industry, I realized that something was missing from my life. I knew I wanted a career where I was making more of an impact on people’s lives. After much soul-searching I realized what I knew all along, my passion was all things houses. From a young age I would cherish Parade of Homes catalogs like other kids my age would a TeenBop magazine. As I got older and discovered the MLS I found myself scrolling through houses like most people do social media.

My first time home buying experience was a major let-down, and I know many other first time home buyers end up with the same feeling. My goal is to make sure that all of my client’s feel so great that they wouldn’t hesitate to send their friends and family my way! As a real estate agent I feel honored when my clients choose me to help them through one of the most exciting times of their lives.

My years in hotel and restaurant management roles have given me an excellent skill set when it comes to marketing, networking, communication, and negotiation skills. I’m very active in the NW Metro business community which helps me keep up to date on what’s happening in the market as well as be able to better market my client’s homes.

In my free time I’m a dance mom to a super smart middle schooler. Some of my other passions include traveling, great food (my travels are often based around this), and live music.
