I joined Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. with a decade of experience working in real estate. I gained firsthand knowledge with home builders, worked with bank owned distressed properties for approved repairs, and managed a portfolio of investment rentals.

I was introduced to the world of real estate and residential construction in 2012 while I worked for a custom home builder in North Dakota. Working with clients during the exciting time of building a home was a breath of fresh air. Creating a process with minimal stress was a priority. I loved being involved in all of the moving parts backstage, from the beginning of the build to getting the keys at closing. One of my favorite things about this job was assisting during the selection process to see the final home come together with a bow on the front door of a client’s brand new home.

Although I loved the clean, brand new sparkly homes, when my Husband & I decided to make the move back to MN, I wanted to switch it up and get experience with the “seen better days” homes. I joined a general contractor and ran the REO division of all Freddie Mac foreclosed properties. Working closely with banks, I provided accurate bids on scopes of repair, obtained approvals and performed site visits often. It was a fun transformation, seeing basic repairs bring houses back to life and ready to hit the market.

My past experience also includes managing an investment portfolio of single family homes, light property management, improvements and working with city rental licenses.

As a Real Estate Professional, I enjoy representing buyers and sellers and helping them navigate such an important, life changing investment. Educating first time buyers is one of my favorite things!

I primarily focus on the Northwest Suburbs of the Twin Cities, or the Alexandria Lakes area. I am grateful that the foundation of my business comes straight from referrals.

My “Why” is my familyenjoying my time and making memories with my husband and kids. During the cold winter months of Minnesota, we enjoy our getaways to our favorite state of Arizona, soaking up the sunshine and finding new desert trails to hike. In the summer months here, we enjoy spending time at our lake place near Alexandria. Kids sporting events take up a majority of our days, and I’m not taking these moments for granted.

I am so honored to be surrounded with other like-minded agents at B&B. Along with being an agent, I am one of the brokerage’s Transaction Coordinators. I also assist with new agent onboarding.

I look forward to serving clients and continuing to assist in making dreams a reality. Reach outI am always up for a cup of joe and putting a game plan together for you!
