The party just got even bigger!

Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. is expanding into the North Shore, Brainerd Lakes, Alexandria, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Croix River Valley, and Rochester areas! So if you’re an agent licensed or soon to be licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin looking for a fun, supportive work environment, you’ve come to the right place.

We’re great at what we do for our clients in the cities, but when they travel across the river into these other territories, they don’t receive the same level of service that we provide. There’s the typical mom-and-pop businesses or big, corporate branches of the same old brokerages. There’s no boutique brokerage that can deliver what we offer. Why settle on living with a problem when you could offer a solution? Or better yet, BE the solution?

The client experience we strive for at Brick & Banister is excellent customer service and marketing with a splash of progressive and cute, which is why we’ve decided to expand. These new territories are opportunities and areas for growth for everyone in our crew.

Driving two hours to sell one house isn’t very efficient, which is why we need the help of new realtors to knowledgeably serve these other markets. In joining the Brick & Banister Team, we’ll provide one-on-one accountability and awesome training sessions, and we’ll have fun along the way. We will teach you everything you need to know, and even hold your hand if you want. We’re a tribe here at B&B and that means no agent gets left behind.

We want our people in these locations to ensure that clients will receive the same level of service, no matter which side of the river they travel to.

So, if you’re ready to build your skills, have fun, make more money, and enjoy your life, join our crew of high performers today!

Looking for Big Wins in Real Estate

A bit of a back story that has nothing to do with real estate: When I was a kid, my Dad used to know the gas prices at every gas station in town. He wouldn’t hesitate to cross the street or drive across town to save a few cents per gallon. His job required him to...
