Kevin Quintanilla-Toledo

I purchased my first property in California when I was in the Marine Corps in 2016, and I had a great experience as a first time home buyer. My Marine Corps career came to a close and I moved back to my hometown of Chaska, Minnesota with my family. I wanted to see what my options were to buy a second home since my first home was being rented and in another state. The second time buying a home allowed me to better understand the local housing market and increased my enthusiasm for real state. My interest in houses and architecture lead me to my current home which is located in Frogtown, St. Paul, and that’s where I currently reside with my wife and two sons.

I love being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family, and I love trying new types of food!

I am devoted to helping my clients and will work tirelessly to make the complex process of buying or selling a home a smooth and pleasant experience.
