Brick & Banister Home

My background previous to real estate was in healthcare and human resource management, so I’ve always had a passion for helping people. I found great satisfaction in the process of purchasing my own home, and I realized how gratifying the prospect of helping others through these major milestones in their lives by providing thorough education and empowerment of their decisions would be.

I love helping people downsize and find homes where they can age in place—one level living is my forte! I also thoroughly enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and sellers. I appreciate their untainted enthusiasm and excitement for the process. Referrals are my specialty! 😉

That being said, I’m always excited to learn something new! Every transaction is unique and the market is ever changing. For a development junkie like myself, I’m always excited to add another tool to my toolbox!

When I’m not out “realtoring”, you can find me spending time with my family. We love being active, doing anything outdoors, working on our own home projects, and traveling anytime we find the chance. I am also a bone-in wing and sour ale enthusiast!

Working a high referral based business, I find myself all over the Twin Cities metro area and for me, it’s more about where my client’s are excited to be, though I do always enjoy when their desired area happens to fall within the North Metro, anywhere from Ramsey where I reside now, to Lindstrom and Chisago City areas where I grew up.

I love ramblers, or homes with one-level living for their practicality and saleability, but always enjoy homes with fun history, old charm and great character.

If I could live anywhere, I’d have a beautiful beach house near Imperial Beach in San Diego, California where it’s always sunny, perfect temps and surrounded by the best eats! Sand and ocean in my large and private backyard, one level living with a ginormous master suite, chef’s kitchen and plenty of room to entertain and host family and friends.
