Susie Sanchez

I’m just going to come out and say it: I have watched an embarrassingly huge amount of HGTV programming.  Luckily, all those hours have really paid off!  Real estate and design shows captured my attention from a young age and inspired me to find my passion and start making moves of my own.  I bought my first property in 2013 while seven months pregnant with my first child.  We lived in the home for nearly three years before we took a leap that I had always dreamed about but never really thought would happen – we bought a fixer-upper duplex, moved in, converted our previous home to a rental, and became instant landlords (x2)!

Around the time we bought the duplex, I started thinking about becoming a real estate agent so that I could help others reach their goals and aspirations of becoming property owners (or sellers!).  Entering into a real estate transaction is one of the biggest financial decisions we face in our lifetimes and -trust me on this one- it’s crucial to have a dedicated agent on your side to guide and advocate for you along the way.  It is my promise to put 100% into every client to make sure the process is as fun and stress-free as possible.

I would love to be looking at houses all day, every day, but since balance is the key to a harmonious life, I also enjoy traveling and exploring with my family, the satisfaction of dramatic “before-and-after” projects, and getting into a good book.
